It’s a small photo, so you can’t see that in addition to the Quakecon or Bust! homemade bumper sticker and the PEBCAK license plate, the holder says “Will work for bandwidth.”
As an aside, aren’t we all working for bandwidth?

Most nerds agree the original was PEBKAC. It’s an acronym which stands for “Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair”.
That was most likely already taken (you’d think so in California), so this guy probably opted for PEBCAK (”Problem exists between chair and keyboard”).
